About
Wisdom Anger Management is a resource to help you get free from the burden of chronic anger. This website contains articles, videos and exercises to help you better understand anger, how to work more skillfully with its energy, and how to live your life in a more joyous and uplifted way.
My name is Craig Mollins, and I’m the creator and writer of this website. I live in Toronto, Canada where I also maintain a practice in a form of body education called Structural Integration. For over 27 years I’ve studied Buddhist meditation in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, have trained as a meditation instructor, and for the past fifteen years have taught meditation in a variety of contexts.
I grew up with anger problems and from an early age dedicated myself to finding relief. I started working with a therapist in my mid-teens, and I also pursued many avenues and made in-depth studies in a range of disciplines, including meditation, hatha yoga, tai chi, qigong, and others.
After some years of struggling with anger and my eventual discovery of relief, I decided to write a book about anger and Buddhist meditation, which will be announced on this site when publication is available. In writing the book, as I processed and synthesized my years of experience and training, the inspiration for this website was born.
In addition to my personal experience with anger I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist with NAMA, the National Anger Management Association and am certified to provide anger management for court ordered anger management requirements. I am also trained and certified in conflict mediation, have graduated from the Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership, and for two years was director of the Toronto Shambhala Meditation Center.
