Relaxation 1 {audio}

September 27th, 2009

Here is an exercise to help you relax and become more present in your body. The recording is 20 minutes long. You should lay on your back in a comfortable position.

As you hear the instructions, don’t “try” too hard to relax. This will only create tension for you. There isn’t a “right” way you are supposed to feel so take it easy and allow your experience to unfold as it does.

    I tried your relaxation tape, Craig, and I fell asleep. I guess that’s good. Before I fell asleep, I did feel that I appreciated actively participating in a “technique” rather than just hoping I would relax. Anyway, thanks. I enjoyed it.

    Thanks for your comment Isaac. I’m glad you had a rest and enjoyed the exercise :)
